Who We Are

Welcome to RADIANCE Kenya, a beacon of hope dedicated to championing the rights and well-being of women and girls. We are a community based organisation (CBO) rooted in the heart of Meru County, our organization thrives on a vision of a society where every woman and girl is empowered, respected, and protected. At RADIANCE, we embrace a holistic approach, advocating for Rights, fostering Development, and taking Initiatives for Awareness, Nurturing, Conservation, & Education.

Our journey began with a passionate commitment to address the unique challenges faced by the women and girls of Meru County. Through empowerment programs, environmental conservation initiatives, and youth mentorship, we strive to make a lasting impact on our community. Our Programmes

    • Comprehensive Training: BEC stands as a transformative force, offering comprehensive training in various vocational skills. The emphasis is not only on skill acquisition but also on fostering a sense of confidence and independence among women.
    • Microfinance Opportunities: Recognizing the financial hurdles faced by aspiring entrepreneurs, BEC facilitates access to microfinance, opening doors for women to kickstart and expand their businesses.

    • Mentorship for Teenagers: The teenage years are a critical juncture in an individual’s life, and JoH addresses this by providing mentorship to teenagers. Through one-on-one guidance and group sessions, we nurture their personal development, instilling life skills, leadership qualities, and a sense of entrepreneurship.
    • Sanitary Towel Distribution: Recognizing the challenges faced by vulnerable women, JoH goes a step further by distributing sanitary towels. This not only addresses a basic need but also contributes to the overall well-being and dignity of these women..
