    • Economic Empowerment: Beyond skills, we recognize the need for economic empowerment. The Bethany Empowerment Center serves as a hub, connecting women with microfinance opportunities, markets, and networks crucial for initiating and expanding their own businesses.

2. Environmental Conservation (EC):

      • Community Education: Recognizing the symbiotic relationship between communities and the environment, RADIANCE Kenya is actively involved in community education on the importance of environmental conservation. From tree planting initiatives to waste management awareness, we foster a sense of responsibility towards preserving our natural resources.

4. Fighting FGM (FFGM):

      • Gender-Based Violence Advocacy: RADIANCE Kenya is unwavering in its commitment to ending gender-based violence and female genital mutilation (FGM). Through advocacy efforts, we strive to change societal norms and protect the rights of women and girls.
